When I heard that crazy phone call Mr Cellino had with the now famous White Leeds Radio I might have heard a deranged, mad-man but I also heard truth, and nothing but the truth.
It appears that Massimo is still in talks with TogetherLeeds regarding a team-up to buy the club together, most likely with Cellino attaining that bit more of the biscuit. The more this could be a good thing as you're getting good football people and then someone with heaps of money I really can't see it running smoothly. Boardroom fall-outs seem inevitable under a deal like this especially with a man like Massimo Cellino leading the ranks and I heard that Mike Farnan can also be a bit demanding at times.
Brian McDermott will be a man relieved of a lot of unneeded pressure, having been continually asked week-in-week-out about Cellino's proposed takeover. Now this isn't a manager's job and with results not going our way that pressure was only piling up even more.
This has been a horrible few months for us fans but now with this very positive appeal verdict we've been highly anticipating is the biggest sleeping giant in England finally about to be awakened? Let's hope so.
