Morison loaned out to the Lions, and money borrowed from Dubai.

Today, Steve Morison has been loaned out to Millwall in a deal helping to optimize the wage bill and to clear the way for new signings.

The striker, who we acquired back in January in a player-plus-cash deal with Luciano Becchio managed to score three goals in sixteen appearances  including two goals against Crystal Palace.

McDermott said on the Official Website, "I am looking to re-shape my squad for the new season and there was an offer on the table for Steve to go to a club were he has already played at."

McDermott added, "He's there for a year and he will be playing games, and due to the terms of the deal he can't play against us."

Also today, it has been reported by the Yorkshire Post that Leeds have borrowed an undisclosed amount of money from Dubai-based company Brendale Holdings.

The report also stated that, David Haigh serves as a director at the company.
