Today has seen the football league release the fixture list for the new season and Leeds are right in the thick of it during the first five fixtures. Good or bad?
Our first five fixtures are as followed:
1. Brighton and Hove Albion
2. Leicester City
3. Sheffield Wednesday
4. Ipswich Town
5. Queens Park Rangers
All of these games will require many pugnacious characters in the team if we are going to succeed in the opening month of the new campaign. In my opinion, how successful we will be still relies on what calibre of players we continue to bring in this summer. As I've mentioned before, we need to aquire a quality centre back, creative midfielder, and a fast/skilful winger if we are to have a good start to the campaign. But overall, I think it's great to have a challenging start like this because it shows the manager who his real players are. Who's got the hunger when the going gets tough and who excels when the pressure is mounted?
